If you never try to go 30 miles per hour, you'll never go 30 miles per hour. If you never try to sprint at 1000 watts, you'll never generate 1000 watts. VO2MAX PACK is all about using short, high-intensity efforts like those in Power, Speed and Race Day, to increase your VO2Max and decrease your heart rate recovery times.

Whether you're a recreational rider or a racer or a recreational rider who wants to try racing, VO2MAX PACK will get you ready for road races and criteriums as well as the local hard group ride. Using a variety of intervals on the velodrome and the road, as well as high-intensity speed drills and criterium racing simulation, your body will learn how to handle repeated intensity efforts with short recovery times.

A heart rate monitor and cadence-capable bike computer are recommended for best results. A power meter is beneficial but not required.
