If you have a bad swim leg, a strong bike leg can make it up and set you up for the run. Or, if you struggle on the bike and burn too much energy, you’ll find yourself paying for it in the run. Either way, your threshold power is the building block of cycling performance. In TRI PACK, we’ve pulled together a super-targeted training program to get you ready for your best tri season ever.

As a triathlete, you need a program like this if you’re going to meet and exceed your season goals. Your bike leg will be significantly better after completing this program, while working on your swimming and running at the same time in an integrated 8-week training program. And with the variety of three titles, you will be entertained while getting your bike leg to be super strong.

A heart rate monitor and cadence-capable bike computer are recommended for best results. A power meter is beneficial but not required.
