Power is designed to increase your wattage from base to race levels. Robbie takes you to the velodrome and on the road while you work through the 8 week program. At the velodrome, you'll do short, high-intensity, high-speed intervals and on the road, you'll join the full VisionQuest coaching staff for long threshold efforts.

Robbie Ventura, ex-US Postal Service professional, narrates, coaches, and rides with you. This video includes 75 minutes of on-bike video footage. You'll see a dashboard with Robbie's power output, intensity level, heart rate, cadence, speed, and ride time. These numbers are there as a benchmark for you to ride against and compare your personal figures to. It's a perfect tool to help you get fitter and faster.
