For most riders, climbing is the most challenging aspect of cycling. This 8-week program will take your climbing ability to new heights. CLIMB includes intervals specifically designed to help you conquer all types of climbs, including short-steep ascents, intermediate climbs, and long, steady-state climbs.

Over 8 weeks, this training regimen is structured to get you from your starting baseline to new levels of climbing performance. You'll start the program with a full threshold test to determine baseline fitness. These numbers serve as a benchmark to ride against and compare your personal data to.

Robbie Ventura and his coaching team take you on one of the Tour of California's most challenging climbs. As Robbie does the intervals with you, he narrates and coaches, providing invaluable tips and insights that will help you with both your physical and mental performance. The entire time, you'll see a dashboard with Robbie's power output in watts, heart rate, cadence, speed, intensity level, and ride time.

A heart rate monitor and cadence-capable bike computer are recommended for best results. A power meter is beneficial but not required.
